I was born in Toronto, Canada, in 1933. I began my career there as an illustrator, working for the advertising industry and publishing industry.

In 1966, after moving to England, I opened an art studio and photographic laboratory in London. It was during this period that I discovered just how quickly the computer was becoming an invaluable tool for the visual arts.

It was only after retiring that I was able to find the time to experiment and explore the possibilities of creating pictures of the things around me in nature that I found attractive, by using digital imaging as my medium. Some of the results of these experiments can be found on this website.

Now I am living in a rural part of Romney Marsh, Kent, along with my partner Sue, two dogs and two cats, a camera, a computer and a printer.
